First Weekend Back

Do you want to know what the best feeling in the world is for an ASL missionary??? It happens when you or your companion tells a Deaf person that you are hearing and they say in effect, "Oh, I saw you signing and I thought you were Deaf."  Basically the best self esteem boost ever   =)

    I USED to have people think I was Deaf when I was signing! Way to go buddy - keep it up :)

    Who the Lord calls, He qualifies. Sounds like the both of you are keeping your ends of the bargain.

    That's really funny, I remember when I used to think you were deaf also (just not with a captial D). What a great missionary you are, thanks for serving and being a great example to my family!
